Ecole des Loisirs, a French publisher, publishes a series of book club programs under the brandname “Ecole des Max“, each adapted to a specific age range. We have adjusted these ranges to French non-native speakers:
- Bebemax – Kindergarten
- Titoumax – Kindergarten , 1st Grade
- Minimax – 1st Grade, 2nd Grade
- Kilimax – 2nd Grade, 3rd Grade
- Animax – 4th Grade, 5th Grade
- Maximax – 4th Grade, 5th Grade
- Supermax – 6th Grade, 7th Grade, 8th Grade
- Medium Max – Teens, 7th Grade and up
Subscribers to a book club receive one book each month from November through June. If you subscribe after the beginning of the school year, you will receive all the early books in one package, and then resume the monthly deliveries. You will always get the 8 books, no matter when you sign up.
